Front Desk Customer Service
  • Must be enthusiastic with an outgoing positive attitude
  • Be dependable
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and willing to go above and beyond
  • Must love interacting with people
  • Must be available to work either the morning shift (9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.) OR the afternoon shift (2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.) at least three days a week Monday through Friday and weekends
  • Ideal candidate lives within a 5 -10 mile radius

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet ALL customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
  • Answer the phones professionally
  • Obtain and effectively communicate special orders
  • Communicate Signature flavors and daily specials to customers
  • Box cupcakes and scoop ice cream
  • Maintain a clean and neat service area at all times according to Batter ‘N Icing and state health department standards
  • Work Point of Sale system to complete sale transactions with a smile
  • Promote and encourage rewards program(s)
  • Assist with Batter ‘N Icing’s marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Baker & Cake Decorator
  • Passionate about baking, decorating cakes / cupcakes
  • A minimum of one year professional culinary experience
  • Excellent Cake Decorating / Piping (using Buttercream)
  • Meticulous and pays attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • Friendly and team oriented

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Baking, Frosting and Decorating Cakes/ Cupcakes following Batter ‘N Icing’s standards
  • Managing Inventory
  • Cleean and store dishes after use
  • Cleanup of work area
Weekend Baker
  • Must have undergone professional training at a culinary school
  • Baking * We bake fresh every morning.
  • Punctual and reliable
    Ability to lift a 50 lbs bag
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must be able to start very early in the day
  • Must be familiar with measurements and mixing ingredients
  • Friendly and team oriented

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Measuring and preparing fresh cake batter during each shift
  • Scooping individual cupcakes and cakes
  • Baking Cupcakes / Cakes following Batter ‘N Icing’s standards
  • Clean and store dishes after use
  • Cleanup of work area
